123 Curry Point is a waterfront Lake Martin home with a 270 degree view of Blue Creek. the home has 4 bed/2.5 baths, lots of upgrades including a new roof, new hardiplank exterior, kitchen and bath renovations and new hardwood floors.

I saw these at the Lake Martin mini Mall at the intersection of highways 63 and 229.

It's on top of the hill by the water towers on 34, within sight of highway 49. I like it. More is better. I don't know which company owns it, though.

They just dropped the price to $375k, it is in the Tallassee Slough, it's a 3 bed 3 bath that's near Montgomery, Birmingham, etc.

Don't tell me "old people" don't use tech. If you have great tools and great content, everyone appreciates it.
